ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE (local times)

Please note that the earliest arrival time is 3:00pm unless alternative arrangements are agreed.

On the day of departure please ensure that the property is vacated no later than 12 noon.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Cleaner's Costs included in price.

Security Fee of £100, which will be refunded following inspection of property and return of the key.

 

DEPOSIT

The sum of £100 is payable at time of booking.

 

BALANCE OF CHARGES

The balance of total accommodation costs, including the £100 security fee, is to be paid at least one calendar month prior to departure

 
 It is preferred that there is No Smoking inside the property.
